In line with the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) which was approved by the President on placing the National Capital Region (NCR) and other provinces/cities under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), the CSC Regional Office IV in Quezon City and its Field Offices in Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Quezon, shall continue to observe the work-from-home (WFH) arrangement until September 7, 2021 or until the ECQ/MECQ is lifted. ADVISORY: Due to the declaration placing Metro Manila under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), the premise of the CSC Regional Office IV at 139 Panay Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City will be CLOSED to clients and visitors from August 6 to 20, 2021.
A Work From Home scheme will be adopted by the Regional Office for the time being. Clients may continue using our online facility through the following links:

Please be advised that FILING OF APPLICATIONS for the June 21, 2020 Fire Officer Examination (FOE), Penology Officer Examination (POE), and Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE), originally scheduled from March 31, 2020 to April 30, 2020, is SUSPENDED until further notice.
Said suspension of application filing is in view of the Enhanced Community Quarantine being implemented in Luzon (from March 17, 2020 to April 2, 2020), as well as community quarantine in other areas/localities in the country, due to the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
Please be guided accordingly.

Pursuant to the 16 March 2020 issuance of the Office of the President, Memorandum Circular on Community Quarantine Over the Entire Luzon and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Situation, the premises of the CSC Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City and CSC regional/field offices in Luzon will be closed to clients and visitors from 17 March to 13 April 2020 or until such time that the Enhanced Community Quarantine has been lifted.
A Work from Home Scheme is being adopted by the Commission for the time being.
This is in observance of the strict home quarantine policy being implemented.
